Enable Email Authentication

In order to configure things so that all your emails are sent out in a secure and authenticated way you should enable SPF and DKIM records. If we host your website as well as your DNS you can do this directly from cPanel.

According to cPanel:
"cPanel’s Authentication interface allows you to enable or disable Domain Keys Identified Mail (DKIM) and Sender Policy Framework (SPF). These features provide information about incoming mail. The system uses this information to verify that a trusted sender sent the messages."
 - Taken from this page.

To configure this yourself, follow these steps:
  1. Login to cPanel
  2. Click the Authentication icon under the email section of cPanel

If you need any help configuring your own SPF or DKIM records please contact us by opening a ticket.
